Refund Policy

Domestic Orders (United States) We want you to love your AVARAE piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@avaraedesigns.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Orders All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
